NPC Nelson will have reduced capacity for appointments at the following times:
Tuesday 15 April from 3pm – 10am on Wednesday 16 April.
This is so that we can safely update our computer system to complete the practice merger.
Access to online services for making appointments or ordering repeat medication will not be available for NPC Nelson patients from Friday 11 April until midday on Wednesday 16 April.
Our practice reception will remain open, and we will still deal with any urgent prescription requests that we receive. We will be unable to process these electronically until our system is back up and running.
During this period, we will have telephone cover provided by Vocare. To speak to Vocare, call our practice and you will be redirected.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete our system merger.
After the system transfer date, you will not see any change and will still be able to attend appointments and clinics at NPC Nelson as you do now.
